The goal is to motivate to educators to increase cross collaboration of STEM concepts into physical education classes to better develop physically literate individuals who have the knowledge, skills and confidence to enjoy a lifetime of healthful physical activity because physical activity reduces stress, improves concentration and enhances academic performance.
